Ok let us start with the confidence a director has. If you were to be a director you're going to need a confidence flare because to be a director you need to be stern about certain things. Many who want to be directors find it to only be a job, but it is a skill. Directors need to get used to actor's issues. I am wanting to be a director and it seems behind the camera there are directors who need to please all of the clients needs. I for one think that letting the client have all the say should not be permitted. The director should be able to show who is in charge and that you don't mess around all the time. Of course the director needs to have fun sometimes, but still get the work done. Almost all directors have one thing in common and that is to be a great one.
